According to online survey consisting of 30 University of Washington students, approximately 40% of respondants noted that their biggest painpoint was communication, and another 30% of respondants said their biggest painpoint was equity of work among team members.

Tadashi gives guidance for classroom-based teams to work well together will help teams have higher likelihood of team satisfaction and project success.
